If you are looking for the right rail seat for a family of four at the desert resort of Grand Canyon National Park, you might want to consider the new J-series, which is available in three colors.
The J-Series has been designed to cater to families who are not accustomed to riding on the rails at the resorts, according to its designer, Jason Miller.
“We really tried to get into the hearts of the guests,” Miller told News24.
He said the J-1, the same rail seat offered on the popular J-2, was “designed for the people who are already familiar with the rails”.
The new J series, which will be available in four colors, will also include a new seat design, designed to meet the needs of families.
Miller said the new rail seats are also designed to be lighter, because they can be taken on the go.
Grand Canyon National Parks spokesperson Kristi Linn said the train seat designs for the J series have been designed by Miller, who also designed the J1.
Linn said all of the new trains are designed to last for at least three and a half years, but some will have a lifespan of two years.
According to Miller, the new rails are more than 10 years old, but can be replaced if they become damaged.
“They’re designed to make sure they’re still good when they’re at the resort,” Miller said.
“It’s like you’ve got a piece of furniture that you’re going to be wearing for the rest of your life, so you want it to be comfortable.”
Grand Cañonas rail seating at the park is an essential part of the tourist experience for families.
Linn also said the rail seats have been developed to be light enough to travel on the trains and are comfortable.
“We have a lot of people coming up to the resort and they’re tired of standing on the rail,” she said.
She said children are often seated next to adults on the train.
“Kids are often sitting in the front, and they are sitting on the back, so we designed the seats to be easy to seat kids in and make sure that they’re comfortable and have their backs straight,” she explained.
